Our Team

Crossroads Hospice Society has a caring and collaborative workplace culture and a team of dedicated, skilled, and compassionate staff and volunteers who work tirelessly to provide a variety of exemplary services and programs to our community.

Crossroads’ Team Members are involved in all aspects of non-medical hospice care and support, community grief and loss support services for those 13 years of age and older, and our charity thrift store.

 

The staff hold a wide range of responsibilities, including non-medical operations and site management of the hospice residence, managing and expanding client services, facilitating training programs, coordinating professional development, conducting research, leading fundraising efforts, community education, event coordination, and managing media relations.

At the hospice, our essential services are carried out by a dedicated team of society staff who ensure the highest standards of care in both the kitchen and housekeeping.
