On Saturday, April 11th, we invite our community to gather for a special open house and reunion celebrating the history, heart and people behind Crossroads Hospice Society. From the early vision of the hospice to the bereavement services that exist today, the afternoon will honour the memories, milestones, and community spirit that made it possible.
